An Overview of the Indonesian Publishing Market: Opportunities for UK Publishers
Indonesia, the world’s fourth largest country in terms of population, is a fast growing book market both in terms of its book consumption and publishing output. This session will look at the opportunities Indonesia presents both as a export market for selling books in the English language and at opportunities for selling translation rights to Indonesia publishers. It will examine the practicalities of doing business with Indonesia as well as present what Indonesia has to offer the UK publishing industry.
